The refurbishment and fitting out of a Grade 2 Listed Building. The project included the stripping out and refurbishment of the lower ground ground and first floors of the building. The other floors were fully occupied during the contract.. The project included stripping out and demolition works, asbestos removal, provision of new suspended ceilings, new carpets, decorations and new mechanical and electrical installations, together with adaptions to existing installations.
