A design and build project currently under construction to provide 14 industrial units providing approximately 6,000 sq.m. of internal industrial space. The contract period is 28 weeks.   The ‘Works' consist of the demolition of existing vacant buildings and the construction of 14 light industrial warehouse / distribution units, including the diversion of an existing underground h.v. electrical supply and foul water sewer, the formation of a new access road and crossovers and the realignment of an existing public footpath. A new sub station is being provided for the development. The units have office accommodation located at mezzanine level amounting to approximately 20% of the industrial space.
