A refurbishment and CAT B fitting out contract to 80,000 sq. ft. of offices on the site of Teddington Studios. The project has provided accommodation for approximately 800 people.

The office accommodation is located in 3 inter-connecting blocks, which have been completely refurbished and fitted out. Internal works included structural alterations including new structural steelwork, provision of new structural floors, extensive re-plastering, new raised flooring, new ceilings, partitions and joinery, floor coverings and finishes. New mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations were provided including 4 new lifts.

External works included the renewal of all windows and doors, renewal of roof coverings and skylights, formation of new openings, alterations to above and below ground drainage installations and external works. 

The works were carried out adjacent to film and television studios that were in use for the duration of the works. Other adjacent buildings were used as office accommodation.
